Coconut Jumbles

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. butter (not margarine)
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 c. fresh grated coconut
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter and sugar.
  2. Stir in the egg, lightly beaten. Add the coconut, flour and vanilla.
  3. Drop by tablespoons onto a buttered and floured cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
