Coconut Lime Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 -3 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened dried shredded coconut
  • 1 young fresh coconut, still in white husk
  • 2 limes, peeled

Instructions

  1. Cut open the coconut.
  2. Drain the coconut water into a blender.
  3. Scoop the coconut jelly (young flesh) out of the coconut and into the blender.
  4. Add spinach leaves and the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Blend and enjoy!
