Ingredients

  • 3 (11 oz.) cans mandarins
  • 2/3 cup shredded or flaked coconut
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Drain the mandarin segments.
  2. Arrange a layer of mandarin segments in the bottom of a serving bowl.
  3. Sprinkle with sugar and shredded or flaked coconut.
  4. Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of mandarins on top.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Serve as a side dish for curry or pork, or as a light dessert.
