Ingredients

  • 4 cucumbers
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground dill weed

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice cucumbers and onions very thin.
  2. Mix vinegar, sugar, water, and dill together and bring to a boil for about 30 seconds.
  3. Pour the hot mixture over the sliced cucumbers and onions.
  4. Refrigerate the salad until chilled before serving.
