Coconut Milk Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Jasmine Green Tea
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cups Coconut Milk
  • 1-1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Sweetened, Condensed Milk

Instructions

  1. Heat water for tea until nearly boiling.
  2. Steep jasmine tea bag for three minutes, remove, then place cup of tea in fridge or freezer until cool - about 15 minutes.
  3. In a small pitcher, combine coconut milk, cold tea, and almond milk.
  4. Drizzle in sweetened condensed milk and stir until thoroughly combined.
  5. Taste and adjust as needed. I usually add in a little more sweetened condensed milk.
  6. Serve on the rocks (over ice) and enjoy!
  7. This recipe can be easily doubled, tripled, quadrupled, etc...
  8. This is so refreshing alongside a spicy curry dish!
