Ingredients

  • 2 c. mochiko
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk (tall can)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. butter

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together;
  2. pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
