Instructions
- Cook linguine drain, rinse with cold water, drain again, set aside
- Heat olive oil in large saute pan
- Add mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and basil, saute over medium heat two or three minutes.
- Add garlic and saute another minute
- Add spinach, feta cheese and linguine to saute mixture tossing briefly.
- Salt to taste.
- Divide pasta between two plates and garnish with reserved feta
