Ingredients

  • 1 small cocuzza
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 or 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Put cocuzza, tomato sauce, water, onion, and garlic in a pot; season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cook until the cocuzza is tender.
  3. Break eggs into the pot and cook until the eggs are set.
