Ingredients

  • 4 (7 oz) cod fillets
  • 2 lb Chinese broccoli, roughly chopped
  • None None FOR THE GINGER AND GARLIC DRESSING
  • 3 inches fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup tamari or soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Oil a frying pan and place over medium-high heat. Cook fish, turning once, until cooked to your liking.
  2. Meanwhile, boil, steam or microwave Chinese broccoli until tender. Drain.
  3. To make the ginger and garlic dressing, whisk together ginger, garlic, tamari and 1/3 cup water in a small bowl.
  4. Drizzle fish with dressing and serve with Chinese broccoli.
