Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 15 marshmallows
  • 1 cup strong coffee
  • a little vanilla
  • sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Pour strong coffee over the marshmallows.
  2. Place over double boiler until the marshmallows melt and mixture is well combined.
  3. Let the mixture cool.
  4. Whip the cream until stiff.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cooled coffee-marshmallow mixture.
  6. Spoon the mixture into sherbet glasses and serve.
