Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked pasta, such as rotini or penne
  • 1/2 cup cooked, sliced, skinless chicken (or other cold, cooked lean meat)
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves, torn
  • 5 None cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup cubed feta cheese
  • 2 None button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup drained jarred roasted red peppers, sliced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 None green onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Spoon into an plastic storage container; cover.
  2. Refrigerate until required.
