Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chilled very strong coffee
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 frozen peeled ripe bananas, cut into 1-inch chunks

Instructions

  1. Add the milk, coffee, peanut butter, coconut oil, honey, vanilla and bananas to a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
