Cooked Lemon Pie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 lemons and rind
  • 1 Tbsp. corn meal
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time; beat well. Add lemon juice and rind.
  3. Sprinkle in meal and flour.
  4. Pour into uncooked pie shell and bake at 300° for about 45 minutes, or until done.
