Ingredients

  • 1 smoked ham butt
  • 2 c. orange juice
  • 3/4 lb. light brown sugar
  • 1 good handful whole cloves
  • water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Add water to cover the ham butt.
  3. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Let cool in water, then remove.
  5. Slice and serve.
