- Preheat the oven to 200°F (93°C). Melt 2 squares of white bark in a 12 x 9 x 2-inch pan in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven when completely melted and stir in the peanut butter until well combined.
- Mix thoroughly to combine the melted white bark and peanut butter.
- Add the granola and chow mein noodles to the mixture and coat well.
- Drop the mixture by tablespoonfuls onto aluminum foil and let them cool and harden.
- Once cooled, serve or store in an airtight container.
