Ingredients

  • 2 squares white bark
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 4 cups granola
  • 4 cups chow mein noodles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°F (93°C). Melt 2 squares of white bark in a 12 x 9 x 2-inch pan in the oven for 20 minutes.
  2. Remove from the oven when completely melted and stir in the peanut butter until well combined.
  3. Mix thoroughly to combine the melted white bark and peanut butter.
  4. Add the granola and chow mein noodles to the mixture and coat well.
  5. Drop the mixture by tablespoonfuls onto aluminum foil and let them cool and harden.
  6. Once cooled, serve or store in an airtight container.
