Cookie Cutter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • decorator icing (optional) or decorative candies (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place six 3x1/2" cookie cutters in simple shape, on 5-inch squares of foil.
  2. Seal foil around outside of cutters.
  3. Place on cookie sheet.
  4. Spray cutters with cooking spray.
  5. In glass bowl, mix chips, milk and butter.
  6. Microwave uncovered on high 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until chips are almost melted.
  7. Stir in vanilla.
  8. Pour mixture into cookie-cutter molds, filling to tops.
  9. Refrigerate uncovered 2 hours or until firm.
  10. Decorate as desired.
  11. Carefully remove foil. Gently press fudge out of molds.
  12. Recipe note: Run a thin knife around the cutters before attempting to push out fudge from the bottom.
  13. You can use an 8-inch square pan instead.
  14. Line with foil and pour the fudge into pan.
  15. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Cut into squares.
