Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 bunch green grapes
  • black pepper to taste
  • mayonnaise to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the whole chicken by boiling until it falls easily off the bone. Let it cool.
  2. Pull the chicken meat off the bones and place it in a bowl.
  3. Prepare the lettuce for the salad.
  4. Cut the grapes into small pieces.
  5. Add the grapes to the lettuce.
  6. Place the cooled chicken into the lettuce and grape mixture.
  7. Mix in mayonnaise to taste.
  8. Season with black pepper.
  9. Place in the refrigerator and chill before serving.
