Instructions
- Cook the whole chicken by boiling until it falls easily off the bone. Let it cool.
- Pull the chicken meat off the bones and place it in a bowl.
- Prepare the lettuce for the salad.
- Cut the grapes into small pieces.
- Add the grapes to the lettuce.
- Place the cooled chicken into the lettuce and grape mixture.
- Mix in mayonnaise to taste.
- Season with black pepper.
- Place in the refrigerator and chill before serving.
