Coriander Pesto

Ingredients

  • 5 cups coriander
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 3/8 tablespoons macadamia nuts roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder ground
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 5/8 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a food blender, except the oil, and mix thoroughly.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. Add the oil gradually while blending until it reaches a smooth consistency, as in the photo.
  4. Should make about 150 grams.
