Ingredients

  • 1 lb. can white Shoepeg corn
  • 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 small can chopped green chiles
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/8 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Empty the can of white Shoepeg corn and chopped green chiles into a baking dish.
  2. Combine the cream cheese, butter, and milk in a saucepan and melt together until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted mixture over the corn and chiles in the baking dish, mixing well.
  4. Bake at 350°F until bubbly, about 15 minutes.
