Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 4 Tbsp. yellow corn meal

Instructions

  1. Blend butter and sugar; add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Pour into a 9-inch square pan or 9 x 11 x 2-inch pan that has been buttered and floured.
  3. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
