  • 1 can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 1 pkg. frozen baby lima beans, cooked and drained
  • 4 green onions, chopped or 1/2 c. chopped red onion
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • garlic powder to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • approximately 1/4 c. mayonnaise (may vary according to desire)

Instructions

  1. You may also add 1 tablespoon Durkee to add a little tartness to flavor.
