Ingredients

  • 8 cups bread cubes
  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix bread cubes, creamed corn, beaten eggs, parsley flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place the mixture in a greased casserole dish.
  3. Melt 1 stick of margarine and pour it over the top of the casserole.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
