Ingredients

  • 20 c. corn
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. salt
  • 1 qt. water

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often to prevent sticking.
  3. Drain any remaining water from the mixture.
  4. Cool the corn mixture completely and then freeze.
