Ingredients

  • grated raw corn
  • 1 well-beaten egg
  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/4 c. imitation crab (optional)
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Grate raw corn from
  2. cob.
  3. To 1
  4. cup of pulp, add the egg, butter, crab, flour and seasonings.
  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls into hot vegetable shortening
  6. after forming in small balls. Stick toothpick in top.
  7. Serve hot.
