- Combine ingredients in bowl (except pumpernickel and party rye).
- Cut out loaf and scoop mixture into loaf.
- Reserve inside of loaf (cut up) for dipping.
- Serve with party rye.
- Best if made and chilled for several hours before serving or overnight.
