Ingredients

  • 3 lb. grouper fillets
  • 4 lb. boiled potatoes
  • 2 lb. bacon
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cut
  2. bacon
  3. in small
  4. pieces and fry (save drippings). Cut boiled
  5. potatoes, leaving skin on and add fish.
  6. Top with plenty of green onions.
  7. Add small amount of bacon drippings and wine vinegar to taste.
  8. Add salt and pepper.
