Ingredients

  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 c. cornflakes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. molasses
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. raisins (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all together.
  2. Bake in a 375° oven for 1 hour.
  3. Stir once in a while. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
