Ingredients

  • 1 lb. can stewed tomatoes, drained
  • 4 oz. can chilies - do not drain
  • 1 lb. American processed cheese (Old English, Monterey Jack, or Sharp Cheddar)
  • Hot pepper sauce to taste
  • Taco Chips for dipping

Instructions

  1. In heavy saucepan, place tomatoes, chilies, cheese and hot pepper sauce over medium heat. Heat until cheese melts, stirring constantly.
