Cornish Hen Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 Cornish hens, split in half
  • 1 c. long grain rice (not instant)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Pout 2 1/2 cups boiling water over dry salad dressing mix.
  2. Add chicken soup.
  3. Lay hens over top.
  4. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
