Ingredients

  • 2 crust pastry
  • 2 c. diced raw round steak
  • 1 c. coarsely chopped onion
  • 2 c. sliced thin potatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Make a 2 crust pastry recipe or buy Pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts.
  2. Mix steak, onion, potatoes, salt and pepper.
  3. Place 1/2 mixture on one side of pastry. Fold over and crimp pastry edge to seal, as in a turnover.
  4. Pierce a small hole in top. Repeat with other pastry round.
  5. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 1 hour.
