Cottage Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 8 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 c. cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. chopped chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks.
  2. Mash yolks. Combine yolks, cottage cheese, mustard, milk and chives.
  3. Mix until well blended; season to taste.
  4. Re-fill egg whites. Sprinkle with chives (if desired). Makes 8 servings.
