Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Combine and shape into
  2. 1 1/2-inch balls.
  3. Place in baking dish and brown them.
  4. Makes 40 meatballs.
