Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 box Ritz or Town House crackers

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites in large bowl until stiff.
  2. Add sugar gradually and beat a little longer.
  3. Add peanut butter and stir in by hand.
  4. Spread mixture on crackers and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
