Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O or 2 (3 oz.) pkg.
  • 1 (16 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 c. pecan pieces
  • 1 1/4 c. boiling water
  • 8 oz. pkg. sour cream
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the Jell-O in the boiling water.
  2. Add the crushed pineapple and the cranberry sauce.
  3. Refrigerate until it is almost set.
  4. Add the pecans and mix them in.
  5. Place in a decorative dish and refrigerate until firm.
  6. In another bowl, mix the sour cream and cream cheese very well.
  7. With a spatula, spoon over the Jell-O mixture.
  8. Refrigerate.
