Instructions
- Dissolve the Jell-O in the boiling water.
- Add the crushed pineapple and the cranberry sauce.
- Refrigerate until it is almost set.
- Add the pecans and mix them in.
- Place in a decorative dish and refrigerate until firm.
- In another bowl, mix the sour cream and cream cheese very well.
- With a spatula, spoon over the Jell-O mixture.
- Refrigerate.
