Cranberry Cheesecake

Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, orange peel, eggs and vanilla with mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of the cranberries.
- Pour into crust.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of cranberries.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Cool.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
- Makes 8 servings.
