Cranberry Mango Compote

Instructions
- Combine cranberries, sugar and water in medium acid-resistant saucepan.
- Bring to very slow simmer over medium heat.
- Stir only to mix; avoid mashing the fruit.
- Allow to cook about 30 minutes. Fruit will be very tender.
- Add the mangoes, vanilla and Grand Marnier (or Triple Sec).
- Return to simmer a few minutes.
- Remove from heat and transfer to serving dish.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Keep refrigerated.
