Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cranberry juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor; pulse 3 times or until mixture is coarsely chopped. Serve over chicken.
