- Bring apple-raspberry juice concentrate to a boil; add cranberries and chopped dates.
- Cover and cook until moist and thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Add honey and remove from heat.
- Stir in nuts and cool completely.
- Roll dough into a rectangle 20 x 6 inches, 1/2 inch thick.
- Spread filling over the center third of the dough lengthwise.
- Cut 1-inch slices, 2 inches long, on each long side of the dough.
- Starting at one end, fold strips at an angle across the filling, alternating sides.
- Place the pastry on an oiled cookie sheet.
- Gently brush the top with 2 tablespoons apple juice concentrate.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place until almost doubled in size.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the cookie sheet and cool before serving.
