Ingredients

  • 3 oz. lemon gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 16 oz. jar cranberry-orange relish
  • 1 unpeeled apple, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lemon gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add orange juice and let stand until almost jelled.
  3. Combine cranberry-orange relish, chopped apple, and chopped pecans.
  4. Fold the mixture into the almost jelled gelatin mixture.
  5. Pour into a 1-quart mold.
  6. Chill until firm.
