Ingredients

  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 2 packages (6 oz. each) raspberry flavor gelatin
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 16 ounces whole cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over the gelatin in a bowl and stir until the gelatin is dissolved.
  2. Refrigerate until the mixture is thickened but not set.
  3. Beat in sour cream and cranberry sauce with a hand beater until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 12-inch pan.
  5. Refrigerate until the mold is firm.
