Crawfish And Pasta

Instructions
- Peel crawfish tails, reserving heads.
- Make a stock by boiling heads in 2 cups water for 5 minutes.
- Saute tails and green onions in butter until hot.
- Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of the stock and the cream.
- Heat but do not boil.
- Should be slightly thick.
- Cook pasta.
- Add sauce and toss.
- Heat over medium heat.
- Serve immediately.
- Shrimp can be used in place of crawfish.
