Crazy Crust Fruit Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Melt 1 stick margarine in a Pyrex pie pan (10 1/2 x 11-inch).
  3. Mix the listed ingredients thoroughly and pour into the pie pan.
  4. Add can of fruit and juice (peaches, apple, cherry and blueberry).
  5. Bake until done, about 1 hour. Fresh fruit can be used instead of canned ones.
