Cream Puffs - Eclairs

Ingredients

  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Add margarine to boiling water.
  2. When margarine is melted, add the flour and salt together to the liquid mixture.
  3. Stir, it will form into a ball.
  4. Keep stirring and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Take off stove and cool slightly, about 5 minutes.
  6. Add 1 egg at a time, beating thoroughly between each one.
