Ingredients

  • 3 lb. cream cheese
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. whole eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat together the sugar and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a spring-form pan dusted with graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until set.
  5. Allow the cheesecake to cool for 1 hour.
  6. Top with jam or canned pie filling before serving.
