Creamy Chicken Primavera features tender chicken strips and crisp vegetables coated in a rich, creamy sauce, perfect for a quick, satisfying family dinner or weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. butter or margarine
  • 3/4 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
  • 16 oz. pkg. Green Giant Pasta Accents
  • 1/4 c. water

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the chicken in butter.
  2. Add Pasta Accents and water to the skillet.
  3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cover the skillet and reduce heat to medium.
  5. Simmer for 7 to 9 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in sour cream.
  7. Heat thoroughly before serving.
