Ingredients

  • 18 to 24 hard-boiled eggs
  • mayonnaise
  • yellow mustard
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolk and put in a deep bowl; place whites on a plate or tray.
  2. With an electric mixer, break up yolks, adding 1 tablespoon mayonnaise at a time until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add yellow mustard and salt to taste.
  4. Fill egg white halves with the yolk mixture and chill before serving.
