Instructions
- Brown sausage and drain; add green pepper and onions.
- Cook until almost done.
- Stir in 1/4 cup flour, salt, pepper and tomatoes and cook until smooth, blended and thick.
- Can also add cooked vegetables such as corn, green beans, peas, etc.
- Can serve on top of cornbread or biscuits if desired.
