Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Pure Imported Greek Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cups Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons Greek Oregano
  • 2 Tablespoons Kalamata Olives, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt (or Kosher Salt)
  • 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns
  • 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk together. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate.
  2. Shake or stir well before using.
  3. Great on any type of greens! Enjoy.
