Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 large head cabbage, cut in 1/8
  • 1 large can V-8 juice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Tabasco sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown hamburger meat with onion and green pepper.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add V-8.
  4. Put in cabbage and celery.
  5. Cook until cabbage is tender.
