Ingredients

  • 1 lb. carrots, cooked and sliced
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. 10x sugar

Instructions

  1. Place sliced cooked carrots in a casserole dish.
  2. Mix in sliced water chestnuts with the carrots.
  3. Sprinkle the top evenly with 10x sugar.
  4. Cut butter into pats and place on top of the sugar.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until bubbly and caramelized.
